Thank You for ordering From Endow mi lavish hair extensions.

We ask that you keep your billing and shipping address the same. Please make sure that you are entering the correct billing address that is associated with your bank card. If you do NOT enter the correct billing address, your card will not process the payment. If you see a pending 

transaction on your card after being declined, it will fall off. ( It is only showing that you attempted to make the transaction). Please ship to an actual address, as we do NOT ship to P.O boxes. 

1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?


Processing takes 3-10 business days and occurs Monday to Friday. (If you ordered on Friday, your order will be processed on the next available business day). Express Shipping Orders are processed within 2 to 3 Business Days. Although we work hard to avoid shipping delays, we are still in the height of a pandemic and some things are out of my control. Unless we have previously discussed a custom order, processing should not take the full 10 days. Custom made wig orders can take up to 30 business days. But again, this information will be based on specific items for customization.


Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.


Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.


International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on location


All delivered packages will require a signature to verify that it has gotten into the right hands.


2. When will my tracking number start to update?


After receiving a tracking email, shipping activity will become available after 24 hours. Your tracking number will be sent to the email submitted during your purchase. Please check your spam folder for the email if you do not see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 3 days of placing your order please contact the customer service at 1(815)-905-1614 during regular business hours.

3. Can I make changes to my order?


To insure a quick delivery orders are processed daily,  therefore orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete.




4. May I return my order?


Endow mi has very low return rates and is proud of the high quality hair extensions that are offered. However, there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and I am more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with!  Returns or exchanges are accepted within SEVEN (7) DAYS of you receiving your order.


Please be aware that everyone is not a colorist or a specialist at coloring hair extensions. This is why we offer custom coloring services. We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair outside of Endow mi.


You must contact us first before attempting to refund your package . Please reach out to the customer service line at 1(815)-905-1614 during business hours within the seven (7) day return period. All Endow mi Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened and in its original packaging. The packaging must not be defected or tampered with in any way or a refund will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the Endow mi hair seal on the bundle has been opened or broken! 


5. When will I receive my refund?


A full refund, excluding the original shipping cost, will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and the Endow mi wrapped bands/zip ties and or paper seal has not been was not removed or broken. Refunds are normally returned back to your bank card within 24-48 hours. This will also depends on how fast your bank processes returns.

6. May I make a exchange?


Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) DAYS. The Endow mi lavish hair seal  MUST NOT be broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, combed, brushed out, no fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.


All Sales are final on custom coloring.

Sales on hair care products and tools of any kind are final as well .

If there are any issues within the first 30 days of using a tool that was purchased, the tool can be replaced. If the tool is on sale, it cannot be returned.  All sale items are final.

Please attach a note inside your package including your order number and reason for return!


You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking number as Endow mi will not be responsible for any lost returns. We recommend that you use USPS to send your return.
